This role is to lead fire and building safety strategy across a nationwide property estate and ensure compliance with current and future legislation.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and implement fire and building safety strategies across our estate.
  • Provide expert guidance to internal teams, ensuring compliance with current regulations.
  • Collaborate with Hampshire Fire and Rescue and external consultants to maintain high safety standards.
  • Conduct audits on fire risk assessments, ensuring best practice across properties.
  • Lead fire remediation projects and implement recommendations to enhance safety.
  • Stay up to date with legislative changes and adapt our approach accordingly.

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree-qualified professional with membership in a relevant fire safety body (e.g., IWFM).
  • Extensive knowledge of fire and building safety legislation.
  • Strong communication skills, able to articulate complex regulations to diverse audiences.
  • Experience in developing and implementing safety strategies across large property estates.
  • Resilient, proactive, and results-driven with excellent problem-solving skills.
