We are seeking a Learning Solutions Specialist (corporate title: Senior Associate), based in our Manchester office.

About the Team: The Learning Solutions Manager leads the Client and Learner Services team in delivering sophisticated client learning programs and solutions worldwide. The purpose of this role is to oversee and support the delivery of learning solutions that combine complex instructor-led programs with e-learning. The role works directly with clients and learners to ensure an excellent experience within agreed timelines, while managing internal processes, financial controls, and quality standards.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with client L&D teams to understand learning outcomes and requirements; define success metrics and demonstrate achievement against them
  • Collaborate with product, digital learning, and content teams to ensure platforms and content align with desired outcomes and deliver an excellent learner experience
  • Create comprehensive project plans and schedules for all elements of solution delivery; share with internal and external stakeholders and proactively monitor risks and issues, escalating as needed
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of learning solutions, including work requests, logistics, learner onboarding, platform access, assessments, feedback, reporting, and invoicing
  • Handle high volumes of queries from clients, learners, and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely, accurate responses

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience managing clients and stakeholders in Learning and Development environments
  • Experience designing learning programs and solutions
  • Strong organizational skills with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • A proactive mindset—quick to act, thinking ahead, and mitigating risks before they occur
  • Strong influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal teams, clients, and learners
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, service-led environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail, plus strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Compensation

Expected base pay range for the role will be £35,000–£40,000 per year. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base pay is one part of Fitch’s total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.
