Fitch Learning is currently seeking a Production Coordinator based out of our London office.

Responsibilities

  • Support the booking and delivery of live, hybrid and virtual training sessions
  • Maintain production timelines and ensure all stakeholders are aligned
  • Manage the setup and readiness of the production environment, including virtual classrooms, physical training spaces, studio spaces and auditoriums

Operational Support

  • Liaise with internal teams (Client Services, Content, Project Managers) to ensure seamless delivery
  • Track and report on production progress, flagging risks to the Production Manager
  • Maintain accurate documentation of production and filming notes

Instructor and Stakeholder Support

  • Provide logistical and technical support to instructors’ pre-event and during live events
  • Ensure client-specific requirements are met in production planning

Quality & Process

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of production workflows
  • Manage and enhance our in-house studio capabilities
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards and client expectations
  • Support post-delivery by coordinating file transfers and performing quality checks to assist the post-production team where required

  • You possess strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • You demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • You have experience using virtual learning platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams, WebEx)
  • You can manage and operate technical equipment for filming, live streaming, and content production
  • You are able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • You have experience collaborating with global teams across multiple time zones
