GoHenry is seeking a FP&A Analyst to support financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis across the business, ensuring accuracy in data and providing insights that drive decision-making.
What You’ll Do at GoHenry:
- Assist with the month-end reporting process, variance analysis, and reporting to stakeholders.
- Analyse and validate operating expenses to ensure data accuracy and consistency across various financial reports
- Regularly monitoring KPIs and financial performance.
- Support internal stakeholders across the business to support any change initiatives, e.g., understanding the financial implications of new supplier contracts.
- Assist the Senior members of the team with forecasting budgeting cycles and in the development of the Group’s Financial Model.
- Help identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies by working closely with various stakeholders and analyzing historical trends
- Support the FP&A team with ad-hoc administrative duties and analysis as they come up, e.g., managing the internal training for the team.
What you’ll bring to GoHenry:
- Direct experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Financial Accounting, FP&A, or related field.
- Advanced user of Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills in a data-rich environment.
- Personable with an ability to collaborate with non-finance business partners.
- Able to prioritise in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, driving work to completion.
- Driven by analytics and data, and keen to make a real impact on the growth of the business.
- Experience in planning and reporting across different financial / data systems, and basic accounting knowledge.
- Team player, with a strong sense of purpose and high integrity.
