Role:

Finatal is supporting a c.£100m+ PE-backed, multi-brand consumer business scaling rapidly across the UK and Europe. With 5 recent acquisitions completed and more in the pipeline, the business is investing in its group finance capabilities and looking to appoint an FP&A Manager to lead planning, forecasting, and commercial insight.

This is a newly created, high-visibility role reporting to the CFO and working closely with senior leadership. It offers the opportunity to shape group-wide performance management in a fast-paced, acquisitive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead group budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across UK and EU entities
• Deliver clear performance reporting and board-level insight on trading, margin, and customer profitability
• Partner with Sales, Marketing and Operations to challenge assumptions and support decision-making
• Build robust financial models and scenario analysis tools to support strategic planning
• Improve and standardise group reporting, integrating new acquisitions and BI tools (Power BI / SAGE X3 / ERP)
• Support value creation initiatives including pricing strategy, margin improvement and M&A evaluation

Requirements:

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified with strong FP&A experience
• Background in a multi-brand, multi-entity, fast-growth business (CPG or consumer sectors preferred)
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI or similar BI tool experience preferred
• Commercially minded with strong communication and business partnering skills
• Experience in a PE-backed or acquisitive environment is essential
