The Role

As an FP&A Manager, you will manage thefinancial planning, forecasting, and analysis efforts focused on costs andsupport the work done on the topline.

This high-impact role ensures precision infinancial models and transforms complex data into information that otherdepartments can easily consume to support their decision-making.

We\'re looking for someone who has experience

  • Lead end-to-end budgeting for at least onedepartment (e.g. IT and/or Marketing)
  • Reconcile and review Marketing spend monthly,ensuring consistency with tools like Airtable; advocate for automationopportunities
  • Contribute to topline modelling with a solidgrasp of business dynamics

Analysis & Reporting

  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annualinvestor reporting cycles
  • Perform monthly variance analysis andfacilitate executive performance reviews with robust pre-read materials
  • Contribute to monthly Board reporting asneeded

Business Partnering

  • Act as strategic finance partner to at leastone business division (e.g. IT or Marketing)
  • Influence decisions by converting financialdata into valuable and actionable insights
  • Advise stakeholders on financial implicationsof strategic initiatives

Process Enhancement & Tools

  • Identify and implement improvements toFP&A processes, leveraging technology and automation
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to maintaindata integrity and enhance planning tool infrastructure

Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to financial policies, internal controls, andcompliance requirements
  • Support audits, inspections, and internal reviews as needed
