Pay and eligibility

Base pay range: £62.00 per appointment (including lodgement fee). Pay is based on a property with a maximum of 6 bedrooms. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

What you’ll need

• Excellent communication skills
• Punctuality, reliability, and confidence working independently
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written
• A basic Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS), Disclosure Scotland, or AccessNI certificate dated within the last 3 years
• Valid Public Liability Insurance and Professional Indemnity Insurance
• A valid Assessor ID
