Base pay range

We’re currently looking for freelance Domestic Energy Assessors throughout the UK, who are qualified to create Energy Performance Certificates and are looking for additional work on an ad hoc basis.

What you’ll do

• Provide Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for properties as part of freelance work
• Engage with property owners and schedule assessments within your availability

What you’ll need

• Excellent communication skills
• Punctuality, reliability, and confidence working independently
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written
• A basic DBS/Disclosure certificate dated within the last 3 years (DBS, Disclosure Scotland, or AccessNI)
• Valid Public Liability Insurance and Professional Indemnity Insurance
• A valid Assessor ID
