Full Stack Developer (React & Python)

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer who thrives on solving technical challenges and enjoys working on clean, thoughtful user interfaces backed by scalable, robust backend systems. You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team working closely with experienced engineers and analysts. Together, you’ll create responsive, high-performance apps used in day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of internal tools and web platforms using React, Python and RESTful APIs
• Build intuitive, responsive user interfaces with React and TypeScript, and support backend services using Python frameworks like FastAPI or Flask
• Work directly with engineers, analysts and end-users in a communicative, collaborative environment
• Tackle bugs, technical issues and performance challenges with a pragmatic and detail-oriented approach
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of tools, visual interfaces and documentation, with opportunities to grow your skills across the stack

Requirements

• Experience building modern web applications using React and Python
• A strong sense of UI and UX, with a focus on clean design and usability
• Familiarity with SQL and frontend/backend integration using RESTful APIs
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
• A demonstrable interest in software development through coursework, personal projects or early work experience
• A passion for writing clean, maintainable code and learning in a collaborative environment

Nice to have

• Experience with TypeScript, TailwindCSS or data visualisation libraries
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD workflows or cloud platforms
• Interest in real-time data, analytics or performance monitoring tools
