We are seeking two compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Futures Matter Family Practitioners to join our Child Sexual Exploitation direct work service in the Child Exploitation Team. This vital role focuses on supporting children and young people who are at risk of, or have experienced, sexual exploitation, as well as working closely with their families

This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families, using your expertise to influence practice, build trust, and advocate for those affected by exploitation.

This is a hybrid working role, visiting children and families across the County with the opportunity to work from local offices or at home.

This is full time role Monday-Friday with a fixed term/secondment initially for 6 months, with potential for further extension.
