Geotechnical Engineer | Northampton | £29,000

A new opportunity has opened for a Geotechnical Engineer in Northampton. The successful Geotechnical Engineer will be working on a variety of projects, carrying out work on site and in the office.

The role of the Geotechnical Engineer will involve the following:

1. Ground investigation design
2. Phase 1 desk studies
3. Interpretative report writing
4. Conducting geotechnical risk assessments
5. Soil sampling
6. Contaminated land reporting
7. Liaising with clients

Your role as the Geotechnical Engineer will also give you the chance to mentor and share your skills with junior engineers, as well as gaining experience from senior and principal engineers.
