Job Position: Graduate Data Governance Analyst - via the Graduate Development Programme

About the role

  • As a Data Governance Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting and developing how the business utilizes data.
  • You will use data management principles to translate data problems and opportunities into high level solutions, and collaborate with key stakeholders to identify, progress and monitor critical business outcomes through data management governance.
  • You will review data-related service requests, challenge and clarify submissions with the requester, and guide them through the formal governance process.

About you

  • You're confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels, asking the right questions to uncover key details, and building trusted relationships.
  • You have a strong interest in data protection, information assurance, or governance, and you're keen to apply your analytical mindset to real-world processes and challenges.
  • You're comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, working across multiple functions, and learning from senior colleagues in a team focused on safeguarding data.

What makes a great Grayce Analyst?

  • 2:1 Undergraduate Degree: An undergraduate degree with a minimum 2:1. A solid academic basis within data analysis and science through an additional MSc would be an advantage.
  • Data Tools: Experience with Excel, R, SQL or Python; familiarity with Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
  • Analytical Problem Solving: Ability to spot patterns and think creatively; strong critical thinking and application.
