Graduate Finance Business Partner

Office-based with some hybrid flexibility

We’re looking for an ambitious Graduate Finance Business Partner to join a highly successful engineering and manufacturing business in Ulverston. This is an exciting opportunity for a finance or business graduate to take a hands‑on role within a forward‑thinking organisation that values development, learning, and commercial impact.

In this role, you’ll work alongside experienced finance professionals, supporting key stakeholders across the business. You’ll help turn data into insight, provide meaningful financial analysis, and play a key role in driving performance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of management accounts, budgets, and forecasts
• Provide financial insights to support business decisions
• Work closely with operational teams to analyse performance and identify improvements
• Support financial reporting, variance analysis, and project costing activities
• Help enhance financial processes and implement best practices

Key Skills & Experience

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Confident communicator, able to build relationships across teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data
• Eagerness to learn, with a proactive and positive approach
