Graduate Recruitment Consultant – £50k+ OTE Year 1

London | Hybrid | Big Brands | Fast Progression

A high-growth recruitment agency is looking for ambitious graduates to join their London team. With a client list that includes TikTok, ASOS, Airbnb, and Samsung, and buzzing offices in London and New York, this is a rare chance to launch a fast-paced career in recruitment.

The Role:

• Recruiting top talent across Tech, GTM & Finance
• Working directly with senior leaders and founders
• Building a client base from scratch
• Fast career progression and uncapped earnings

Training:

• 12-week onboarding covering the full recruitment cycle
• One-to-one coaching, mentoring, and peer learning
• Early exposure to client meetings and deal-closing

Progression & Earning Potential:

• Clear path from Trainee to Director
• Regular promotions and salary reviews
• Top performers earn £90k+ by Year 2

Ideal Candidate:

• No experience needed – just ambition and drive
• Ideally a 2:1+ from a top 40 university
• Competitive, confident, and target-driven
• Background in sales or customer-facing roles is a bonus
• Uncapped commission (up to 45%)
