You’ll:Build relationships with schools and recruit teachers for permanent and temporary rolesUse job boards, social media, and interviews to find and place the best candidatesTake part in cold calling, business development, and full 360 recruitmentWork towards weekly goals with the support of an experienced teamConducting telephone, virtual, and face-to-face interviews with candidates.WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN A GRADUATEYou don’t need prior recruitment experience — we’re looking for potential, not expert.
