Title: Graduate/Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant

Location: Central London Office (Hybrid)

About the role

We are on the hunt for an Entry-level Recruiter to join the Technology Team of our growing London office. Hunter Bond is a global recruitment firm specialising in the finance, technology, & change sectors in Europe, North America & Asia. We are partnered with and have well-established relationships with the world’s leading Quant Funds, Hedge Funds, Software development firms, Prop/Systematic/Diversified trading firms, and award-winning Start Ups.

Responsibilities

• Interact with candidates and determine potential through qualification.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates with strong organizational skills.
• Commit to meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated hard worker – Bachelor’s degree with a high classification or impressive/consistent work history
• Quota or goal oriented – entrepreneurial mindset
• Able to meet deadlines
• Independently motivated / Self-starter
• Team player
• Personality!
