Title: Graduate/Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant

Location: Central London Office (Hybrid)

Expected Start Date: Autumn 2025

We are on the hunt for an Entry-level Recruiter to join the Technology Team of our growing London office. Hunter Bond is a global recruitment firm specialising in the finance, technology, and change sectors in Europe, North America, and Asia. We work with leading Quant Funds, Hedge Funds, software development firms, prop/systematic/diversified trading firms, and award-winning startups.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable interacting with new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate\'s potential through questioning and qualification. They should have excellent organizational skills to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates and be committed to meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.

Responsibilities

• Develop and qualify candidate profiles through effective questioning and assessment.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates across technology-focused roles and sectors.
• Proactively source, engage, and convert candidates to meet hiring needs and quotas.
• Collaborate with the Technology Team to understand client requirements and deliver suitable talent.
• Manage candidate communications, scheduling, and updates in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated hard worker – Bachelor\'s degree with high classification or impressive, consistent work history
• Quota or goal oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Able to meet deadlines
• Independently motivated / self-starter
• Team player
• Personality and interpersonal skills
