Description

We're searching for a commercially minded Finance Controller to lead the day-to-day finance function of a dynamic manufacturing and services business based in Droitwich. You'll be responsible for producing accurate financial reporting, leading a small finance team, and providing meaningful insight through data analysis and business partnering.

This role offers a balance of strategic oversight and hands-on delivery - perfect for someone who thrives in a role where they can truly make an impact.

Profile

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or equivalent
  • Strong technical finance knowledge with commercial acumen
  • Proven experience in a similar Financial Controller or Senior Finance role
  • Excellent analytical ability with experience handling large data sets
  • Advanced Excel and Power BI skills (pivot tables, modelling, dashboards)
  • Confident communicator able to influence non-finance stakeholders
  • Organised, proactive and detail-driven with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Experience within a manufacturing, industrial or service-based business is advantageous
