Hardware Test Verification Architect – Hybrid working available

This is an exciting opportunity for a self-driven individual to shape and implement a structured Test Philosophy for both current and future products. As a Hardware Test Verification Architect, you\'ll take on a highly visible role, working across a variety of business areas, engaging with multiple disciplines, and influencing the way we deliver testing across our programmes.

You will play a key part in improving development and manufacturing processes, collaborating with design, production, and manufacturing teams, while also sharing your expertise across the wider organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of the Production Test Philosophy within programmes.
  • Define test equipment requirements for products.
  • Develop and deploy diagnostic strategies for production.
  • Verify test coverage for current and future products to ensure they meet customer needs.
  • Work closely with manufacturing and production design support teams to deliver successful production test activities.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, sharing knowledge with peers and project teams.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • Degree (or equivalent experience) in Mathematics, Physics, or Engineering.
  • Strong awareness of development and production test techniques.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of model-based systems engineering (MBSE).
  • Experience in developing and implementing test strategies and automated test equipment.
  • Background in working with manufacturing and design teams.
