About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a self-driven individual to shape and implement a structured Test Philosophy for both current and future products.
As a Hardware Test Verification Architect, you'll take on a highly visible role, working across a variety of business areas, engaging with multiple disciplines, and influencing the way we deliver testing across our programmes.
You will play a key part in improving development and manufacturing processes, collaborating with design, production, and manufacturing teams, while also sharing your expertise across the wider organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of the Production Test Philosophy within programmes.
- Define test equipment requirements for products.
- Develop and deploy diagnostic strategies for production.
- Verify test coverage for current and future products to ensure they meet customer needs.
- Work closely with manufacturing and production design support teams to deliver successful production test activities.
- Act as a subject matter expert, sharing knowledge with peers and project teams.
What We\'re Looking For
Essential:
- Degree (or equivalent experience) in Mathematics, Physics, or Engineering.
- Strong awareness of development and production test techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of model-based systems engineering (MBSE).
- Experience in developing and implementing test strategies and automated test equipment.
- Background in working with manufacturing and design teams.
