Are you a strategic leader with a passion for client excellence and a track record of delivering high-impact, multi-channel campaigns? We’re seeking a Head of Client Services to join a fast-growing, independent agency and help shape the future of client partnerships.

About the Role

As a senior partner within the leadership team, you’ll oversee the Client Services function—driving quality, innovation, and growth across a diverse portfolio of ambitious clients. You’ll be responsible for elevating client relationships, mentoring a high-performing team, and ensuring our work consistently exceeds expectations.

This is a hands-on leadership role with active involvement in strategic planning, campaign activation, and operational development. You’ll also contribute to agency-wide initiatives and play a key role in new business efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the Client Services team, setting clear goals and fostering a culture of excellence.
• Oversee senior-level client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with agency leadership to drive operational best practices and commercial effectiveness.
• Champion a consultancy mindset—encouraging upstream strategic conversations with clients.
• Support and lead new business pitches, identifying and mentoring team members to contribute effectively.
• Help evolve remuneration models and scale efficiencies across the agency.
