This is an exciting opportunity for a Head of Commercial Finance. Its initially a 6 months fixed term contract but has the potential to go permanent for the right person. They would like someone to start mid September, offering hybrid working.

This role would suit a qualified accountant (at least 5 years post qualified) with previous experience in a commercial finance role, business partnering senior operational leaders.

Responsibilities

• Business partner operational teams to analyse and drive commercial performance
• Present performance and forecasts to CEO & senior leadership team to aid decision making
• Support with the long term planning including business cases for growth plans
• Business Partner Marketing and Sales to understand and relay trading performance, where there are risks to mitigate or opportunities to capture.
• Managing 1 Management Accountant
• Work closely with the CEO and senior management team to drive commercial performance

Qualifications

Qualified accountant (at least 5 years post qualified)

Required Skills

Previous experience in a commercial finance role, business partnering senior operational leaders.
