About the Role
As Head of Creative at Blacklane, you’ll shape and evolve the visual and emotional expression of our brand, translating strategy into powerful storytelling that communicates our mission to deliver sustainable, world‑class chauffeur services worldwide. You’ll inspire creative excellence, consistency and innovation across all touchpoints, from digital campaigns to in‑car experiences, ensuring every point of communication embodies a luxury lifestyle brand.

Your Impact and Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative vision, ensuring alignment with our business strategy and marketing goals to elevate Blacklane’s presence globally.
  • Translate insights and strategy into compelling creative concepts, visuals and campaigns that connect emotionally with customers and partners.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, product and other teams to maintain a consistent and inspiring brand experience.
  • Guide and mentor the creative team, fostering collaboration, innovation and growth.
  • Oversee production and delivery of creative assets, ensuring timelines, budgets and brand quality standards are met.
  • Drive brand evolution, implementing the refreshed identity seamlessly across all platforms.
  • Partner with agencies and freelancers, maintaining creative excellence and alignment with brand values.

Your First‑Year Roadmap

  • 3 months – immerse in Blacklane’s brand, voice and global mission; build relationships with key stakeholders; begin contributing to active creative projects.
  • 6 months – take full ownership of creative direction for key campaigns and brand initiatives; strengthen cross‑functional alignment and establish creative standards.
  • 12 months – scale impact across teams, evolve the brand identity system and drive visual transformation at a global level.

About You

  • Strategic creative thinker who connects ideas to emotionally powerful stories.
  • Combines artistic vision with business understanding to serve clear purpose.
  • 6+ years of creative experience, ideally in branding, advertising or design for luxury brands.
  • Strong expertise in visual design, art direction and storytelling; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and production workflows.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of inspiring talent and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Embodies Blacklane’s values – we care, we deliver, we drive.
  • Curious, adaptable and driven by excellence – ready to shape the future of mobility through creativity.
  • Fluent in English; other languages a plus.

The Blacklane Hiring Process (Expected duration: ~6 weeks)

  1. Application Review – CV and documents reviewed by Talent Acquisition and Hiring Manager.
  2. Talent Acquisition Interview – quick introductory chat to match role with skills and aspirations.
  3. Second Round – deeper dive through creative portfolio, case discussions and stakeholder interviews.
  4. Third Round – Executive interview and team dynamics assessment.
