Overview

Lead a CRM transformation that drives real business value. Own a global Dynamics 365 rollout, shaping strategy, simplifying processes, and driving adoption across the organization. You’ll be the go-to expert, embedding CRM into the commercial DNA of the business with direct access to senior leadership and a clear mandate for change.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading the end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM across global teams.
• Simplifying pricing and quoting processes to enable scalable growth.
• Driving user adoption through coaching, stakeholder engagement, and process design.
• Managing third-party vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver real business value.
