What you’ll need:

• Detailed knowledge of the ECP Risks within Onboarding, Ongoing Monitoring and BCB/CIB
• Experience of development and execution of a 2nd line oversight plan
• Ability to advise and influence the Group Economic Crime Prevention senior leadership team, Risk owners, Control owners and Business Unit leadership teams
• Ability to effectively communicate strategic direction for ECP Risk ensuring that it aligns with the Group's objectives
• Procedural/Product/Specialist Knowledge - Excellent technical knowledge of ECP Risk and the wider business
• Change Management – strategic development and delivery developing ideas into action
• Organisational Awareness – Extensive network and understanding of role partners play in delivering results

And any experience of these would be really useful:

• Liaising with regulatory bodies regarding ECP risks
• Working across the industry to help prevent Economic Crime
• Experience of presenting at senior risk committees
