Head of Engineering – B2B SAAS, London, Hybrid (3 days in the office per week).

We’re supporting a fast-growing tech business on the lookout for an inspiring Head of Engineering to lead the development of cutting-edge solutions that are transforming how businesses connect with their customers. This is a unique opportunity to own a key area of the product, make strategic technical decisions, and guide talented engineers in building world-class experiences at scale.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll shape the future of an innovative platform, work with modern cloud architectures and technologies like Golang, Typescript, and AWS/GCP, and lead teams that thrive on autonomy and ownership, where engineers are trusted to drive product decisions as well as technical ones.

What we’re looking for

• 8+ years’ engineering experience at Senior+ level
• Strong background in team leadership (Tech Lead or Engineering Manager)
• Hands-on experience with Golang & Typescript
• Proven success building and scaling high-performing teams in agile environments
• A leadership style that inspires collaboration, innovation, and excellence
