Overview

Divisional Head of Finance — initially a 12-month fixed-term contract (FTC). Salary: up to £100K plus bonus subject to experience. Location: Midlands with UK travel. T2M Resourcing are recruiting a Divisional Head of Finance on behalf of a successful, multi-entity business services company. This role is initially offered as a 12-month FTC with high potential to become a permanent role.

As Divisional Head of Finance, supporting the MD, you will be responsible for an £80million, multi-entity division within the Group. This role requires someone highly commercial who can act as a business partner at a senior level within a complex business to drive and influence business performance. Supported by a Finance Analyst, working as part of a matrix organisation, you will drive commercial decisions as well as being happy to ind into the detailull stop

Responsibilities

• Support the MD and oversee an £80million, multi-entity division within the Group.
• Act as a senior business partner to drive and influence business performance in a complex environment.
• Work with a Finance Analyst in a matrix organisation to drive commercial decisions and analyse data.
• Be comfortable getting into the detail and working with large data sets to inform strategy and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
• Proven experience within a complex, multi-entity, ideally B2B business in a similar business partnering role.
• Ability to work with large data sets and drive business performance; advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across functions and levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; able to provide strategic insights based on financial analysis.
• Flexibility to adapt work in line with changing priorities.
