Sewell Wallis is proud to be working in partnership with a well-established and respected charity based in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, to recruit a Head of Financial Planning & Analysis for an ongoing contract. This is a key leadership role within the organisation, offering the opportunity to influence strategic decision-making and drive financial performance. The successful candidate will be based at the organisation's Sheffield headquarters, with the flexibility of hybrid working. You will lead a finance team of 20, including five direct reports, and take ownership of all FP&A activity, including forecasting, budgeting, pricing strategy, and financial modelling. You will play a critical role in supporting operational and commercial decision-making across the charity.
