Salary Range: c£115,000 dependent on experience

Overview: Ageas Insurance is seeking an experienced Head of FP&A Data & Analytics to lead the FP&A Decision Support team. The role involves leveraging data and analytics to drive strategic decision-making, developing the FP&A structure to support organizational transformation, and optimizing expense management.

The successful candidate will oversee the development and implementation of financial models, forecasting processes, and performance metrics to ensure accurate financial reporting and insightful analysis.

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Utilize advanced data analytics to provide actionable insights supporting strategic decisions.
• Support business growth through financial analysis and scenario planning.
• Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Lead FP&A integration activities and support organizational restructuring and performance management frameworks.

Skills and Experience:

• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, influencing across executive insurance stakeholders including CEO, Underwriting, Claims, Actuarial, and Distribution.
• Extensive experience in business partnering, performance metrics, and proposal evaluation.
• Ability to interpret various financial data, identify trends, and resolve inconsistencies.
• Proficiency with MI systems, databases, forecasting, planning, and budgeting tools, especially Anaplan, Excel, TM1, and JDE.
• Qualified accountant with a proven track record in the general insurance sector.
