Location: Stafford, England, United Kingdom. Hybrid (1 day from home).

Contract: 12 Month FTC. Salary: Up to £75,000 per annum. Hours: 7:30-4 Monday to Thursday, 8-3 Friday.

Responsibilities

• You will provide strategic leadership to the global people team, ensuring the people strategy is effectively delivered across all regions.
• You'll also lead major cross-functional projects, including the rollout of a refreshed performance management framework, a global communications strategy, and enhancements to reward, recognition, and benefits.
• A large part of this role is overseeing daily team operations, collaborating with senior leaders to align people initiatives with business goals, and presenting monthly reports to the board featuring key people metrics.
• The role also includes responsibility for Health & Safety and Compliance, with occasional travel to remote sites.

What We Are Looking For

• Level 7 CIPD Qualification.
• Multi-site experience in B2B services.
• Management of a HR department.
• Complex HR project experience.
