An NHS Organisation in North London is seeking a Head of Learning & Development.

Daily rate: £44.85/hour (Umbrella)

Location: North London – 3 days on-site

Duration: 3 months initially

Start: Immediately

Responsibilities include:

1. Proven experience in leading and managing high-performing L&D teams within complex healthcare or public sector environments.
2. Strong track record in overseeing mandatory training compliance, ensuring alignment with NHS standards and regulatory requirements.
3. Expertise in Learning Management Systems (LMS) to support scalable and accessible learning solutions.
4. Success in designing, delivering, and evaluating Apprenticeship programmes, working with internal stakeholders and external providers.
5. Skill in developing and curating e-learning content that enhances staff engagement and supports continuous professional development.
6. Strategic thinking with the ability to align L&D initiatives with organisational goals, workforce planning, and service improvement priorities.
