You will have strong client-facing and management skills.**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**You will be responsible for leading all the usual activities of Professional Services, Customer Support and Product. These activities include supporting existing customers and driving customer satisfaction, achieving financial targets, being an advocate of innovation and motivating our development, influencing the product roadmap, and delivering projects on time and within budget.As well as owning these exciting activities, you will proactively lead, build, and motivate the teams, continuing to build on our flexible, trusting approach to people engagement.**YOU WILL GET**If that sounds like you, we would love for you to join our expanding team.* Reporting to the General Manager, this role will offer you the opportunity to focus your energies on organic growth to further improve the revenue for this successful business.* Our office is based in Chippenham. we are flexible in terms of your location. This role will involve travel to visit clients and attend collaboration events in the UK and overseas.* Competitive base salary and a discretionary bonus scheme, healthcare provision, flexible working, and a host of training and development opportunities.* Opportunity to navigate your future career within the wider Modaxo.* A comprehensive on-boarding process including a mentoring scheme (eligibility criteria applies) and access to experienced peers both locally and across the globe as part of the Modaxo family – all with a view to helping you grow your career and perform at your best, both inside and outside of work!**ACCOUNTABILITY**, in a bit more detail the role will cover:**Strategy*** Support the development of the strategic plan and executing against this for your business to ensure strong growth and profitability* Ensure all ratios for PS and Maintenance are on track and met.**Financials*** deliver annual net revenues and EBITA targets* Support the General Manager with plans to achieve annual core ratio targets with steady progress throughout the year* Have a good understanding of the CSI management reporting and analysis with support from Finance**Customers*** Provide superior customer support and ensure that commercial terms are sustainable, profitable and consistent with Trapeze practices* Managing key client escalations and ensuring all deliverables for live projects in the period have been met and signed off* Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.**Projects*** Ensure we have metrics and reporting in place to show progress and measure return on investment* Work with the head of Technology to prioritise and schedule work for maintenance and revenue streams.* Ensure accurate estimations and forecasting for Project delivery* Lead the project team to adjust strategy and execution as required, based on results**Staff*** Effectively lead a team of up to 20 staff with two senior managers reporting to you; clearly communicating business priorities, inspiring enthusiasm and motivating the team to work together effectively* Create an environment that motivates staff ensuring they are fully aware of what is expected of them and regularly review performance with direct reports, to support continuous development* Hold monthly and quarterly team meetings* Improve and maintain employee engagement* Show leadership through conduct being honest, ethical and legally compliant manner.### ### **TO BE ELIGIBILY YOU NEED*** Educated to degree level or equivalent* Proven experience at a Manager/Director level in an operations/professional services/project management or customer facing function* Experience of operating in a technology vertical market* An experienced leader, with the ability to direct a diverse group of professionals in accomplishing complex tasks.* Excellent communication, interpersonal and team building skills, comfortable interacting and motivating personnel at all levels of the organisation.* Exceptional negotiating skills.* Understanding financial disciplines and proven track record of process improvement.* Experience in managing multiple, complex, operational projects simultaneously* Willing to travel both domestically and internationally, e.g. to attend customers and collaboration events### If you think you are the right fit for this role, please click ‘Apply’ and submit your CV via the online application process.**Worker Type:**Regular**Number of Openings Available:**1**And a fantastic opportunity to join a market leading Software Company.*****If you’re interested in this role then click on apply!***Trapeze Group UK Ltd is a leading software supplier to the public transport and spirt productions industry.
