Primarily remote with 3 days per month in London office to coincide with full team onsite.

The opportunity

Goodlord is a multi‑award‑winning UK's Best Workplace on a mission to deliver the best renting experience in the world. We’re searching for a Head of Energy Partnerships – a strategic leader who isn’t afraid to be hands‑on – to turbocharge our established energy switching product.

Reporting to the Director of Consumer Partnerships, you will be the single point of accountability for the Energy P&L and the architect of the proposition strategy. This is a role for an ambitious professional who can take an idea and run with it, transforming challenges into opportunities.

The Day To Day

  • Be fully accountable for the Energy P&L and proposition strategy, owning the outcome.
  • Lead a high‑performing team of 3 specialists (2 Business Development, 1 Operational).
  • Work closely and collaboratively with our key partner, OVO Energy.
  • Use customer insights to improve the product and processes, ensuring maximum uptake and utilisation.

What We Need From You

  • Strong commercial mindset with proven experience developing and maximising B2B commercial partnerships (working with a major partner, e.g., OVO Energy).
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of a P&L sheet.
  • Proven track record of developing high‑performing business development teams focused on user growth. You must be able to take an idea, own it, and run with it, bringing a constant flow of actionable ideas to the table.
  • Experience in the residential energy industry.

It Would Also Be Great If You Have

  • A passion for improving the lettings process and making renting easier for all parties.
  • Exceptional knowledge of the end‑to‑end lettings journey, especially the Move‑in and Move‑out process.

What's In It For You

  • Grow with Goodlord: your development is important to us, that’s why we are Great Place to Work - certified. Have a goal in mind? Share it with us and you can use your £1,000 annual development fund to support it.
  • Your well‑being matters: bi‑weekly coaching with Sanctus to provide Goodlordians with a safe place to talk and support your mental health.
  • 25 days holiday (plus UK Bank holidays) plus 1 day per full holiday year up to 32 days: We believe regular breaks are essential for well‑being and we encourage (some may say expect!) all Goodlordians to take full advantage of their annual leave entitlement.
  • Supporting your family: we offer Goodlordians of all genders a generous 3 months of fully‑paid time off to look after their new arrivals.
  • Our team: we’re an energetic, sociable, and talented bunch who are super passionate about what we do and determined to make a difference. We’re all in it together, we learn from each other, we’re genuine and we don’t have time for politics.
