Head of QA with restaurant/FOH technology (ideally Oracle Simphony) experience needed to join our global hospitality client.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of QA strategy across all tech platforms.
- Oracle Simphony or Front of house/restaurant technology experience.
- Own QA processes for Oracle Simphony and/or related hospitality systems.
- Define testing standards, introduce automation where appropriate, and ensure supplier quality.
- Coordinate UAT, manage defects, and report progress to senior stakeholders.
- Ensure all systems meet performance, security, and operational standards.
