Head of Quality Assurance – Restaurant/FOH technology – Central London – Hybrid - £85,000

Head of QA with restaurant/FOH technology (ideally Oracle Simphony) experience needed to join our global hospitality client.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the QA function for a complex, multi-system restaurant technology environment. You’ll play a critical role in defining and implementing a robust quality strategy that ensures the reliability, performance, and security of key systems — including POS, payments, reservations, and operational tools.

As Head of QA, you’ll work across technology, product, and operational teams to embed testing best practices, govern third-party quality, and support user acceptance processes. With a strong focus on Oracle Simphony, you’ll be responsible for maintaining high standards across software deployments, integrations, and vendor solutions that directly support restaurant performance and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of QA strategy across all tech platforms.
• Oracle Simphony or Front of house/restaurant technology
• Own QA processes for Oracle Simphony and/or related hospitality systems.
• Define testing standards, introduce automation where appropriate, and ensure supplier quality.
• Coordinate UAT, manage defects, and report progress to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure all systems meet performance, security, and operational standards.

Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: Up to £85,000 Plus benefits
