We’re looking for a commercially-minded and entrepreneurial sales leader to scale Qured’s go-to-market strategy from founder-led to a repeatable, high-performance engine. You’ll lead on major deals, drive partnership growth, and be central to shaping our future expansion. This is a challenging and pivotal senior role with a path toward VP Sales or CRO.
London (Hybrid – 2–3 days/week in office)
What you'll be doing:
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close across enterprise and SME segments.
- Develop and refine a systematic sales process, transitioning from founder-led to scalable GTM.
- Lead generation: build creative and effective campaigns to generate and qualify new business opportunities.
- Architect commercial models, risk-sharing structures, and “land & expand” strategies with major clients.
- Have the opportunity to drive new vertical and geographic expansion opportunities beyond the UK.
- Act as a strategic growth partner across the business—spotting and acting on high-impact opportunities.
What we're looking for:
- Proven success closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with educated buyers.
- Track record of exceeding revenue targets across the full sales lifecycle.
- Experience operating in fast-paced startup environments; comfortable with ambiguity and evolving priorities.
- High agency and hustle—creative thinker with an experimental mindset.
- Curious, analytical and commercially sharp.
- Passion for health and belief in the power of prevention.
Nice to have:
- Experience selling into large enterprises, frontline teams, or safety-critical industries.
- Familiarity with healthcare or private medical insurance sectors.
