£80000 - £100000 per annum + Additional Company Benefits; A thriving IT business based in Lincoln with deep roots in the Healthcare industry are excited to release a new executive level position for a Head of Sales & Marketing. The role is hybrid based in Lincoln, requiring in-office presence 2/3 days per week. The main purpose is to drive increased revenue and opportunities via a clear, streamlined strategy. The hired individual will create scalable operations, be creative in methods, use data-driven decisions, and be a strong people leader.

The client is ideally looking to hire at a salary level dependent on experience between £80,000 to £100,000 per annum, with a Monday to Friday schedule and hours from 8:30 AM to 5:15 PM.

Responsibilities

• Identifying new revenue opportunities
• Managing the sales & marketing strategy & budget
• Amending & evolving strategies where required
• Establishing metrics to aid the sales team
• CRM implementations to support the sales & marketing operations
• Forecasting
• Reporting
• National & International sales work
• Ensuring the marketing strategy is delivered and in line with the brand

Qualifications

• Highly experienced senior figure with a background leading Sales & Marketing functions & operations, preferably across industries such as Healthcare, Software Solutions, SaaS etc.
• Background within healthcare or with exposure to the NHS or the private medical world would be advantageous
• Fantastic skills across Strategy, Forecasting, Reporting & Budget Management
• Highly skilled across CRM systems ideally SalesForce
• Good knowledge of modern marketing methods & tools
• Able to demonstrate a background in personal revenue growth as well as leading sales teams.
• Additional education, training or qualifications supporting skills within sales & marketing would be an added benefit.
• The role will be hybrid working and will require someone relatively local to Lincoln that is comfortable being in the office 2 / 3 days per week.
