As the Sales Managers Leader, your role will be essential in driving Noda's growth through acquiring new customers and closing large deals, while leading by example to assist the team in skill development, meeting ambitious targets, and engaging directly with clients.
We're in search of a proactive leader who has excelled in uncertain situations, thrived in high-growth environments, led high-performing teams, and tackled challenges independently. The ideal candidate will have experience in expanding and overseeing B2B Fintech sales teams, along with outstanding analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
What you’ll do
- Lead growth and direction of a team of sales professionals specializing in lifecycle sales, particularly targeting the low/middle/high-risk segment.
- Formulate a comprehensive vision and strategy for the team's long-term development while overseeing day-to-day operations, prioritizing achievement of key sales benchmarks/KPIs.
- Take ownership of driving revenue increase and acquiring new clients at accelerated rates.
- Provide coaching and guidance to enhance the team's sales skills, emphasizing consultative and solution-oriented approaches throughout the sales process.
- Take a hands-on approach in nurturing enduring customer relationships, including engagements with C-level executives.
- Collaborate across departments to shape Noda's offerings to align with customer demands.
- Participate actively in industry events to bolster market presence and brand recognition positively.
What are your skills and experience?
- A proven track record of over 5 years in B2B sales, combined with extensive leadership experience spanning 3+ years.
- 2+ years of hands-on involvement in FinTech: payments, open banking, card issuing, etc.
- Demonstrated expertise in spearheading business strategy, fostering innovation, and executing large-scale transformations within intricate settings.
- Sharp business insight and strong analytical skills, alongside excellent collaboration and influential abilities.
- Ability to cultivate cross-functional relationships, inspire others, foster collaboration, and resolve conflicts across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Deep-seated enthusiasm for understanding and addressing the needs of both internal and external clients.
- High energy, strong work ethic, disciplined execution, and a determination to go the extra mile to achieve objectives.
