**What’s**We are hiring a Head of SEO for our UK marketing team to lead our geo-focused organic search strategy. This role will drive scalable customer acquisition through commercially focused SEO and ASO, working from our London office in a hybrid model (3 days in office). **Your role in the team** As such this is a prominent role in the UK team and the wider company. SEO represents a significant untapped opportunity for customer acquisition, and we need an experienced leader who sees organic search not just as a technical discipline, but as a commercial growth lever.This is a critical role for the UK marketing leadership team, reporting to the Director of Performance & Lifecycle Marketing. To succeed in this role, we think you’ll need: 5+ years of SEO experience, including 2+ years leading a growth-focused SEO function with proven ability to drive organic growth at scale in a competitive industry (ideally fintech, trading, e-commerce, or other high-competition verticals)Strong grounding in both technical SEO and content SEO strategy, with knowledge of ASO and its interplay with organic search Data-driven mindset with proficiency in tools such as Ahrefs, Pi Datametrics, GA4, Looker, and ASO platformsExperience in matrix organisations: comfortable partnering with centralised teams while owning local executionStrong communication skills: able to influence senior leadership by framing SEO impact in business termsWe believe that diversity is vital to success, it fuels creativity, drives innovation and sets us up for global success.
