Hybrid Working | £58,000 – £70,000 + Benefits

I’m working exclusively with a Legal 100 national law firm to recruit for an exciting Housing Management role in their Birmingham office.

Responsibilities

• You’ll be joining a highly regarded team advising social landlords and other landlords on a variety of housing management matters, including:
• Access injunctions for gas and electricity safety
• Injunction claims
• Disrepair claims
• Cases under the Equality Act 2010 & Mental Capacity Act 2005
• Breach of tenancy claims
• Possession claims
• Failed succession cases
• Leasehold management advice
• Service charge disputes
