Our client is seeking a highly organised individual to join them as the HR Administrator. While recruitment coordination will be an element of the role, the primary focus will be on delivering high-quality administration across all areas of the HR operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Support day-to-day People Operations, including responding to HR queries and assisting with HR documentation and processes.
  • Assist with performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies, supporting workforce planning and business operations.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of competitive compensation and benefits structures.
  • Support the delivery and coordination of training programmes and career development initiatives.
  • Champion policies and initiatives that promote an inclusive, equitable, and diverse workplace.
  • Utilise HR data and analytics to inform workforce strategies and measure key HR metrics.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and senior leaders to integrate HR initiatives into broader business planning.
  • Undertake any other duties as required, demonstrating a collaborative approach and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience in HR administration or coordination within a business environment
  • Basic understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices (desirable)
  • Exposure to recruitment processes and onboarding (desirable)
  • Experience supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives (desirable)
  • Understanding of HR analytics or reporting tools (desirable)

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Comfortable working with confidential information and maintaining discretion
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
