Job Description:

Frazer Jones is excited to be partnering with a real estate business in London to support them in recruiting an HR Business Partner on an FTC basis.

This is a key role, being the second in command in a company with 600 employees. You will manage an HR Advisor and serve as the primary HR contact in the business.

The role is highly visible, requiring strong relationship-building, influencing skills, and the ability to think quickly.

We seek a proactive, driven HR professional who takes ownership and strives to make an impact.

This position is ideal for someone with previous experience as an HR Manager, capable of handling both operational and strategic HR functions.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will support the senior management team across various HR functions.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Providing coaching to managers on HR processes and programs
2. Supporting the annual performance review process
3. Assisting with talent management
4. Managing performance and employee relations casework

The successful candidate will have experience working in a small to medium-sized professional services environment, demonstrating autonomy and confidence in HR practices.

This role is a 12-month maternity cover contract starting in September 2025. The client offers a hybrid working model, with 4 days in the office and 1 day remote.
