Exciting job opportunity: HR Business Partner - Multiple Locations! Are you an experienced HR professional looking to take the next step in your career? Join our growing team at OneMedical Group (OMG) as an HR Business Partner and play a key role in shaping the HR function while supporting the development and wellbeing of our workforce. In this dynamic and rewarding role, you will work closely with the Head of People driving high-quality HR services across Employee Relations, Recruitment, Employee Engagement, and Learning & Development.

Main duties of the job

This role will cover the following areas: Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire, Milton Keynes, Somerset and Cornwall. However, this may be subject to business growth in the future. As HR Business Partner, you will work closely with the Head of People to oversee the HR functions, ensuring the team provides a high-quality service to the Group and that our policies and procedures align with organisational goals and meet legal and best practice standards. Your role will involve managing complex employee relations cases, leading on TUPE transfers, driving employee engagement initiatives, and supporting the learning and development of our workforce. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact on the wellbeing, development, and engagement of our employees while ensuring that HR practices remain relevant and effective across the organization. This role is permanent contract, with the base office at one of our practices in Milton Keynes. The position will require extensive travel, as the post-holder is expected to maintain a significant presence at all of our practices in the South of England.
