They are now seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their UK head office team in Watford and to play a key role in delivering HR to the UK businesses day to day.

The Role

As HR Business Partner, you will be a trusted advisor to managers and be responsible for all elements of HR for employees in the UK. You will bring experience, insight and operational expertise, ensuring HR is a dependable partner that adds value across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partnering with head office and UK subsidiary leadership teams on all employee matters.
  • Providing end-to-end HR support to the Watford head office team.
  • Leading on employee relations, HR policies, and compliance so matters are dealt with in a legally compliant way.
  • Building an HR network across the company to encourage collaboration and consistency.
  • Using data and insights to inform decision-making and measure impact.
  • Working closely and reporting to the CEO to deliver initiatives such as HR technology, engagement and reward programmes.

About You

You’ll be a confident, credible HR professional with the ability to balance detail with the bigger picture. As someone who combines commercial acumen with empathy, you’ll build positive relationships while getting results.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven HR Business Partner experience in complex, multi-sector environments (minimum 5 years in HR roles).
  • Strong operational capability with meticulous attention to detail.
  • A practical, hands-on approach — you make sure things get done.
  • Excellent influencing skills and the ability to work with senior stakeholders.
  • High levels of emotional intelligence and a solutions-focused mindset.
  • CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience).
  • A collaborative and culturally sensitive style that reflects the family values of the business.

Location & Working Pattern

This role is based at the UK head office in Watford. You should live within a commutable distance and be prepared to work mainly on site, with some hybrid flexibility by agreement with the CEO.
