Are you an experienced HR generalist with a background in private healthcare or retail? We are recruiting on behalf of a leading healthcare organisation for a Human Resources Business Partner to join their London-based team and drive people strategy in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Head of HR Operations, you will support a range of client groups, acting as a strategic partner and trusted advisor. You’ll work across an HR team structured around four specialisms: HR Operations, Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, and Reward. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role ideal for a high-calibre HRBP who thrives in dynamic, customer-driven settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with senior leaders to shape and deliver their HR agenda, offering strategic guidance and challenge.
Align HR initiatives with business goals, leveraging data and insight to drive performance.
Lead on workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning activities.
Support complex employee relations and performance management cases.
Guide teams through change management, restructuring and transformation projects.
Collaborate across HR centres of excellence to embed people strategy.
Design and deliver training in line with the organisation’s learning framework.
Champion a high-performance culture through effective engagement and reward strategies.
Continuously review and improve HR processes for enhanced service delivery.
About You:
Experience in both private healthcare or retail sectors is essential.
Proven HR Business Partner experience in complex, matrixed environments.
Strong generalist HR skills
Commercially astute, data-driven, and confident working at pace.
Excellent stakeholder management and coaching skills.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and leading through change.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
CIPD Level 7 or working towards it (desirable).
Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
