We are currently recruiting for an HR Coordinator to join our team.
A HR Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the human resources department and ensuring smooth HR operations within an organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate recruitment and hiring efforts, including opening requisitions.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR system
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes including tracking completion of onboarding forms, conducting orientation.
- Support benefits administration and payroll coordination.
- Organize training sessions, employee events, and wellness initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team.
- Managing employee records.
The coordinator will gain general awareness and understanding of Diversity Equity Inclusion and Belonging through proactive self-education and participation in network/agency events.
This role will partner with our Global HR Optimization team – primarily supporting the UK and secondarily supporting the US or Canada.
This role is hybrid and you must be commutable to our London office.
Required skills and abilities:
