This will also include providing insight on effectiveness and future implementation of initiatives in line with business OKRs. This is a required part of your application.*****Key Responsibilities:*** Production of Monthly People Insights Report for HRLT / DGLG* Design, develop and maintain a suite of MI dashboards for all HR functions enabling a self – service culture within the People Division* Provide insight into the effectiveness of current and future processes & interventions (including HRLT, Operations Leadership, L&D, Planning, Employee Relations, Talent Development)* Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders in other functions**Skills and experience required:*** Good understanding of people data - i.e. headcount, attrition, DEI, performance* Analytically minded – capable of understanding and interpret data for stakeholder output to drive decisions.* Workday experience would be desirable but not essential.* PowerBI experience - a solid understanding of building and delivering dashboards for automation and helping us to modernise the current reporting structure.* Ability to translate strategic business requirements into compelling cases to steer decision making utilising a broad range of Business Information (BI) platforms* Previous experience using people data within a global business scale.**We offer lots of great benefits!
