Overview
HR Manager – Employee Relations, Rendall & Rittner. Location: Home Based with attendance to London based developments and Head Office (SW8 2LE). Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30. Contract: Permanent. Salary: tailored to your experience and expertise.

Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the team of ER Advisors
- Act as the key interface with our external legal support provider to ensure compliance and best practice
- Provide sound, commercial advice on cases end to end, including disciplinary, grievance, probation, appeals and wellbeing cases
- Prepare documentation for Employment Tribunals, working with our external legal support
- Analyse data, identify trends and present to Head of HR Business Partnering, as required
- Support in the development of policies and procedures
- Provide training and coaching on ER matters for managers
- Ensure team KPIs are met
- Manage TUPE transfers, both in and out, and relevant change programmes
- Stay up to date with employment law practices and provide updates for the business where required
Requirements
- CIPD qualified (Level 5 or above) and relevant experience within employee relations
- Experience and understanding of the employment litigation process
- Experience of managing a team
- Ability to handle issues and queries with professionalism
- Ability to work within tight and conflicting timeframes
- Knowledge and experience of Subject Access Requests and Data Protection procedures, in line with GDPR
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office)
- Excellent customer service approach and the ability to handle issues and queries with professionalism
