Role Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Manager to support our continued growth plans. You'll be part of a broader People & Workplace team reporting to the HR Lead. The HR Manager will be responsible for a mix of people, workplace and operational responsibilities supporting the FSP team to maintain a world class culture and demonstrate excellence in responsible business practices and governance.

Responsibilities
- Providing advice and guidance to managers and employees on good HR practice and employee relations
- Provide consultation to assist in achieving the longer‑term strategic needs of the organisation
- Managing the employee lifecycle from employment contracts through to exit interviews
- Ensuring all HR records and contracts are updated and maintained across key systems
- Assist the wider HR team in shaping and implementing strategic HR initiatives
- Day to day management of HR queries and HR inbox
- Implementing and improving company policies and procedures (as required)
- Handling of Sickness and Absence Management
- Support and oversight of organisational wide compliance training
- Supplying payroll with relevant information and administering employee benefits
About you
- 3 years + experience in a similar role
- Experience in managing complex ER processes
- Possess a good knowledge of UK workplace legislation and practices
- Experience with TUPE/M&A projects
- Qualified to CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience to match)
- High attention to detail and accuracy of work
- Able to handle confidential information discreetly
- Able to provide confidence and assurance to the business and employees on HR matters
- Competent IT skills and familiar with MS Office / O365
- Able to act as an ambassador and visible role model for FSP values and ethos
