Exciting opportunity for an experienced People Operations Manager to join this iconic non-profit creative brand at a pivotal time for their business.

This newly created role, reporting into the Head of HR, will manage a small shared services function of 3, oversee the HR Operations function, and ensure delivery of HR life-cycle processes. You'll collaborate with business leaders to optimise and streamline people processes and work on exciting strategic projects related to the employment lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Implement new processes and improve existing ones.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to optimise and streamline people processes and work on strategic projects related to the employment lifecycle.
  • Manage a small shared services function of 3 and oversee the HR Operations function, ensuring delivery of HR life-cycle processes.
  • Work in a fast-moving, creative environment as a problem solver and HRIS, systems, and data guru.
  • Operate as a true HR Operations professional with experience in process improvement, payroll, line management, and systems, as well as onboarding and offboarding.

Location & Working Model

They operate a hybrid working model (2 days in the office) in beautiful West London offices.
